The room was clean, but the noise level was distracting at night.

Check-in was smooth with a key retrieval code.
Our room was filthy upon arrival with dirty sheets and trash left by the previous guests. The customer service made no effort to resolve the issue and left us scrambling for accommodations on a Sunday evening.

The air conditioning was a lifesaver during a hot and humid stay, making the room very comfortable.
The check-in process was quite confusing as I had to receive a code via email to access my key, which complicated the arrival.

Perfect for a cozy getaway!
This place is super close to beautiful Bacharach! The air conditioning was a lifesaver since it was pretty hot. I also loved how clean everything was. The snack bar was a nice touch for late-night cravings. Just a heads up, parking might be a bit tricky on busy days.

Location is convenient but only with a car, making it a bit challenging for those on foot. Rooms are exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the reliable air conditioning during a hot, humid stay. Breakfast could use improvement, as it was limited to what seemed like a snack bar option. However, the hospitality shown by the owners stood out, with them kindly assisting with storing perishables.

I found the room to be very clean and enjoyed the benefit of air conditioning, which made my stay comfortable. I had a memorable experience walking through the picturesque town with its cozy wine taverns. Breakfast was good, and the owners were friendly enough to store my bottle of wine for me during my stay. As a single traveler who appreciates art, the medieval architecture in the area was a delight.
The check-in process is complicated, and I had trouble understanding the instructions. It felt a bit far from the town center, particularly in bad weather.

Couple looking for a cozy escape
We loved our 2 night stay! Checkin was a breeze, just gotta grab that locker code. The room was very clean, comfy, and the showers were surprisingly great. Spent evenings in the nice backyard, sipping wine, just made everything feel special.
Doesn’t come cheap, but for what you get, it’s acceptable.
